There is no such model in At least Indian subcontinent that has drawn more plaudits for his physical qualities and dedication to his craft than Karan “KO” Oberoi.

The renowned fitness model Karan Oberoi model  is a star that boasts an extraordinary set of athletic skills, combining rapid pace and agility with elite aerial ability and power.

Karan Oberoi KO was not born with those traits, though; the rippling physique we see today is a marked transformation fromthe boy next door to that of winner of famous fitness titles as a model from the capital city of India New Delhi.

How does KO train?

He starts his workout with warmup because he believes, if you don’t, it can definitely injure your muscles, he does little running before starting his workout. While he trains his body for shoots, he tends to do a lot of cardio like running, cycling, and circuit training.

Make sure you do train; such as jogging to the gym or a warm-up on the treadmill or bicycle while you start lifting weights.

If you get into a routine then it makes it easier as it will become a habit, hence showing results.

What does Karan Oberoi eat?

The BMW sports bike is of no use if you are not going to put the right fuel in it. It will eventually stop working. In the same manner diet works. Our body is a Bike and diet is fuel.

Karan Oberoi, unsurprisingly, takes his diet very seriously. “A good workout must be combined with a good diet,” he states. “I eat a high protein diet, with lots of good carbs, citrus fruit, and green leafy vegetables, and avoid sugary and salty foods.”

The top fitness model doesn’t have a dietician he has experimented with different diets that he shares today, which has worked for him which might work for you too. Also it doesn’t matter how good the diet is. It’s also important to keep changing it!

He particularly likes salmon fish and his favorite foods such as quinoa, rolled oats, and scrambled eggs. He also eats plenty of fruits and lean proteins. At restaurants, KO often orders steak and a chicken Caesar salad. He also loves eating broccoli and mushrooms.

For his breakfast, Oberoi loves to eat oats and egg whites.

“Eat regularly and take small 6 to 8 meals, never eat a lot at one given time.

Hydration is vital, too – “drinking water is so important,” Karan Oberoi KO stresses – but one of the sacrifices he makes to keep his body in top condition is avoiding alcohol and carbonated drinks, which he doesn’t drink in real life.

What other secrets does KO have?

Healthy living is not something that Karan Oberoi KO dedicates a few hours to each day – it’s a way of life, and the only way to attain the best body is by making the lifestyle of eating the right food.

That is not only a physical challenge but a mental one, too. “Learn to train your mind as well as your body,” Oberoi stresses “Mental strength is just as important as physical strength and will help you achieve your goals.

“Be disciplined. Keeping yourself motivated and sticking to your routine is the key to achieve the best physique. For me, there is no room for easing off so I have to be strict.”When he is not exercising KO tries to maintain a relaxed, restful lifestyle despite his massive frame and the attention he commands.

Oberoi also stresses not to indulge in steroids and keeping short consistent goals that take you closer to the big goal.
